Senior Property Manager
Jo has a passion for property and has spent the past 15 years in Property Management. Jo believes communication is the key to developing and maintain successful relationships with both owners and tenants.
Jo has a thorough knowledge of all aspects of Property Management, including the Residential Tenancies Act.
Being a landlord herself, Jo understands the importance of knowing your property is being looked after to the highest standards, which is what she strives to achieve for her landlords.
Outside of work Jo loves spending time with her family and friends, and enjoys cooking, reading and gardening.

JJ Gilbert
Property Manager
Managing a rental property is a time-consuming business, finding suitable tenants is only the start. Maximising a landlord's property investment return requires specialised knowledge, people skills and the coordination of many activities. At Bayleys, we pride ourselves on our proven, effective property management systems which has enabled us to achieve these objectives with skill and care in the Mid Canterbury District. Our Property Manager Jacqueline (JJ) came to Bayleys Property Management after having worked in hospitality for 26 years managing lodges and hotels around New Zealand. Having a passion for property she prides herself on excellent customer service and communication.
Continuing education is part of JJ’s commitment to providing the best level of service. The industry is constantly changing, especially with new legislation being introduced, and keeping up to date is paramount.
In JJ’s spare time, she has a passion for photography and animals.

Kevin Jenkins

Kevin has over 20 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry and he works with the Property Managers to ensure Bayleys builds successful relationships with owners and tenants. When it comes to managing your property portfolio, nothing is more powerful than experience.
Kevin also works closely with the rural community as Bayleys are proud sponsors of the Crusaders, Matatu, Surfing for Farmers, New Zealand Rural Support Trust, Ballance Farm Environment Awards and Meat the Need. Bayleys are also a Gold sponsor of the New Zealand Agricultural Show.
